Local councils, charities and community organisations offer free Winter Warm Packs: a practical solution to staying warm and reducing your heating costs.

What are Winter Warm Packs?
A Winter Warm Pack is a free kit distributed to individuals and families at risk of cold-related health issues. The pack includes a combination of essential warmth, energy efficiency, and health-related items designed to keep you warm whilst reducing energy consumption.

Who can get a Winter Warm Pack?
This pack is typically free for those who are most vulnerable to cold weather.
Eligibility does vary depending on the provider, but priority is given to:
- People aged 60 or over.
- Low-income households or individuals on benefits.
- People with disabilities or long-term health conditions.
- Families with young children (aged 5 and under).
- Homeless individuals or those at risk of homelessness.
- People who are struggling to afford their heating costs.
