Here is how you can use your water effectively, whilst saving money and reducing your carbon footprint.

Bathroom:

  • Reduce the amount of time you are in the shower
  • Switch to an eco showerhead
  • Turn off the taps when you are not using them
  • Use a water-efficient toilet flush

Kitchen:

  • Use a washing-up bowl
  • Fill up your dishwasher before turning it on
  • Only boil the amount of water you will use
  • Wash your clothes at 30°C
  • Reduce how much you use the washing machine
  • Fix leaks and dripping taps
