Serco

In 2024, we started delivering Digital Skills training on behalf of Serco as part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Restart Scheme. The Scheme provides tailored support to eligible job seekers. The partnership aims to uplift unemployed individuals with no or low digital skills and aid their journey into sustainable employment.

We will deliver the training to up to 2,000 individuals across West Central England, capturing and sharing the data with Serco to ensure the success and impact of the Restart Scheme is recognised.

Participants can be enrolled into the Fundamental Digital Skills Course or the Intermediate Digital Skills Course, depending on their abilities.
