HM Courts and Tribunals Service

Since 2021, we have been working in partnership with His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service to deliver their Digital Support programme. The programme is designed to assist people who lack the necessary digital skills to access and complete online forms.

We currently provide support with 6 of their services, including:

• Appeal a benefit decision
• Online plea service
• Online civil money claim
• Probate
• Divorce
• Help with fees

In 2023 alone, this programme supported 10,644 individuals in completing online forms and applications.
