Stonewater

Our mission is to train 400 of Stonewater’s residents through free, one-on-one, remote training sessions. During the sessions, we cover everything from device basics, Stonewater’s website access and online safety to video calling, thereby enhancing IT skills and allowing residents to access Stonewater’s digital services with ease and confidence.

The course is split into three manageable sessions, tailored to meet individual learning requirements. Our digital support service has already empowered many customers to not only get online but also confidently navigate various services like online banking. For those without a device or internet access, we provide a tablet device to assist with training and 20GB of data for six months.
