At We Are Group, we are dedicated to making digital application processes seamless and stress-free. Since 2017, we’ve been in partnership with the Home Office to support UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) applicants, and we are thrilled to announce the continuation and expansion of our services.
In 2023 alone, we provided digital assistance to over 6,000 people, supporting them to complete and submit their online UKVI Visa and EU Settlement Scheme applications. We are thrilled to be continuing delivery of our Assisted Digital service for the Home Office for another three years.
Our service is also expanding to include digital assistance for eVisa applications. This extension to our service officially launched in April 2024.
Our Assisted Digital service provides free, personalised assistance to those who:
- Lack confidence in completing online forms
- Do not have access to or need help connecting to the internet
- Require access to or need help using a device
Our expert Digital Trainers provide step-by-step guidance, ensuring a smooth application journey. With flexible appointments, users can choose between telephone or face-to-face meetings at a centre or in their home, accommodating their schedules and accessibility needs.
We are excited to see the positive outcomes of our renewed and extended service, especially with the inclusion of eVisa application support. Our goal is to make UKVI processes more inclusive and accessible, ensuring that every applicant has the support they need to succeed.
