We Are Group have been named as finalists in the prestigious UK National Contact Centre Awards! We are honoured to be recognised for our dedication to excellence in customer service and our commitment to supporting vulnerable customers.
We are particularly proud of our Contact Centre Manager, Danny Lasek, who has been nominated for Contact Centre Manager of the Year (Small). Danny has been an integral part of our Contact Centre, leading with passion, empathy, and a strong focus on driving results. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring that our Contact Centre operates efficiently and effectively, and we are thrilled to see his hard work and dedication recognised.
In addition to Danny’s nomination, we are also finalists in the category of Best Approach to Supporting Vulnerable Customers. At We Are Group, we believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and empathy, and we have worked hard to develop strategies and processes to ensure that all of our customers receive the support they need, especially those who are vulnerable or in need of extra assistance.
Being named as finalists in these categories evidences the hard work and dedication of our entire Contact Centre team. We are incredibly proud of the work that we do every day to provide exceptional customer service and support to all of our customers.
