Last year, We Are Digital partnered up with HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) to support its digital support transformation project within the UK. This project provides dedicated support service to people who find it difficult to access the online justice services, ensuring that people who may be digitally excluded or just not confident with online forms will get the help they need!
People can access support by phone, online or face-to-face through community and advice centres.

We have been working on the mobilisation of the project and have gone live with the services on 01 June 2022. Within the mobilisation period, we’ve brought in 482 referrals and booked/supported 223 people.
