We are delighted to share that we are working in partnership with HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) for their national digital support rollout.
There are a significant number of people who face barriers when accessing HMCTS online and we will be providing those that face digital exclusion the support required to access the services in an appropriate and meaningful manner, whilst explaining the next steps.The support service will allow people to access the service in a way that works for them and meets their needs regardless of geographical location.
Our newly formed network will ensure the help a person needs, on top of digital support, can be made available, and this can include signposting to or delivery of other HMCTS service support such as emotional, legal, and procedural help.
The main priority is that people needing to access HMCTS online services are informed of their options, and they will be supported to access the Digital Service correctly.
