The free Digital Skills Helpline can help if you struggle with things such as setting up a digital device, connecting to the internet, or learning how to communicate with others using email and other messaging applications.

The Vodafone Digital Skills Helpline is free to call from any UK mobile or landline, and is open to everyone, whether they are a Vodafone customer or not.

Our specially trained advisors can help you if you are nervous and uncertain about the online world, to gain valuable skills, such as setting up a phone or tablet, connecting to the internet, using online banking and money-saving tools, as well as learning to communicate with friends and family using email and messaging services.

3. Do you offer support with 3G shutdown?

In 2023 Vodafone is retiring 3G in the UK. The Digital Skills Helpline can help you if you believe you are affected by the retirement of the 3G network.
